Dr. Saxena is the Owner of Austin Advanced Dentistry. She graduated from the University of Minnesota, School of Dentistry earning her DDS degree in 2012. She Practiced in South Dakota as a sole practitioner in the community-based clinic for about 4 years. She also served as an Adjunct Faculty for the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, Department of Outreach Dental Education. After this, she has successfully owned and operated her own dental clinic (House of Smiles) in Killeen TX for the last five years. House of Smiles is a leading Dental Clinic in the Killeen area.

The staff was very friendly. The dental assistant was very thorough in her explanation of things with my dental health which made it a lot easier for me. The checkout process was super easy and they gave me a print out of anything that it would cost me so there’s no surprises. The dentist was very polite she explained everything very well and I feel like they gave me very good care. Highly highly recommend this Practice.

Dr. Saxena and Zandra did an awesome professional detailed caring job in giving me 4 fillings. They were efficient and humorous and always asking if I was in any discomfort in the little over an hour I was there.
